The DesignOps Universe: Accelerating Your (Design) Team's Performance
Data, Design and Beyond: The Why and How of UX Metrics
In the second talk, Bitpanda's Elif Alp-Marent (UX Manager), Rudolf Stefanich (UX Research Lead), and Julian Moser (Head of UX) discussed the importance of UX Metrics. They emphasized that effective design relies not just on tools but on strategic planning, empathy, and a deep understanding of users. Their memorable quote, "We’re not just designing for the spaceship. The goal is to reach the moon," encapsulated the essence of their philosophy.
Despite the summer heat, the meetup attracted numerous interested attendees who found the exchanges and presentations to be very inspiring. The general feedback was, "Despite the heat in Vienna, the UX Vienna Meetup was an impressive event with two insightful talks. I'm already looking forward to the next event."
Elisabeth Weidner was particularly enthusiastic about her experience: "My first external talk in English was a great experience. Thanks to UX Vienna and EBCONT for this opportunity."
Successful Highlights and Inspiring Networking
The 236th UX Vienna Meetup was marked not only by top-notch presentations but also by special highlights such as exclusive giveaways, including the coveted Figma Shortcuts Mousepad. After the talks, attendees had the opportunity to network in the inviting atmosphere of the Millennium Tower. The stylish "Star Wars" decorations in the office further contributed to the positive vibe. EBCONT was particularly pleased to have secured long-time partner Bitpanda as a speaker. The event was a great success and set new standards for future meetups. Our thanks go out to all the visitors and our speakers!
